I work in childcare and we took several of our rugs from the classrooms there to be professionally cleaned and the team did a phenomenal job. Would definetly recommend this business to other schools as an option! Way cheaper than buying brand new school rugs, we were able to revitalize some of our beloved "Circle Time" and other classroom rugs. Would use again for our business as well for my personal items in the future. Edit with Picture below: This is after a few weeks of use. The rugs still have a nice shine and the kids enjoy playing & learning on the nice and clean rugs!

Long version: I brought 2 very nice dress shirts made with a stretchy material. I thought given the 5 star reviews, I could trust her judgment. I let her feel the material of my shirts and asked her if she could dry clean them without shrinking or damaging them at all. I said I could iron them myself if not. After feeling the material, she said that washing and then pressing the shirts was best. After I picked up my 2 shirts, I left her one more shirt because I had an important upcoming meeting. 20 minutes later I tried on one of the shirts she had dry cleaned and quickly noticed it had shrunk. I called her and ask her to please not press the 3rd shirt I had just given her (she said she had already put it in the wash). Over the phone, she assured me she wouldn't press it, but when I picked it the following day, I noticed it was pressed anyways. And, of course, it was shrunk too. In sum, she does not understand sensitive fabrics, she doesn't do what she says she'll do, and she won't admit she is wrong after ruining your clothes. AVOID!

I ALSO didn't receive as much as a courtesy apology for the inconvenience. The following day I went to retrieve my suits. I received my suits without inspecting them, paid for the service, and took my suits home where I did not inspect one in particular for about a month. Upon inspection of one of my favorite suits, I realized that the fabric had been burned and pulled, leaving a bubble in the fabric. They didn't even have the basic decency to inform me of what they had done. I would have NEVER spent money on this dry cleaning service had I known the overall experience and would be so AWFUL. ****** NEGATIVE stars if I could. ******

Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt).
