What was dropped off in my drive way was bark and cow manure, nothing like the picture online looked terrible. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and fill a pot and test the drainage, I watered the soil, came back 6 and a half hours later and there was still standing water still after 6 and a half hours sitting on the surface. Rendering my garden useless, and turning it into a mosquito farm for me my wife and my two little boys. asked them for a refund, being that the product was Terrible and they gave me $116 back of my $226. $90 shy of making it right. And now I have to find a way to dispose of thousands of pounds of GARBAGE Dirt they wouldn't come and pick up. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they failed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't believe the pictures, and get a sample of the product before you get thousands of pounds of it delivered to your drive way. You can't trust it.

I ran in for what I thought would take only a couple minutes, turned into 45 minutes. I searched online for the item I wanted and got the location. Arrived at the store, searched for a few minutes with no luck. Found the section it was supposed to be, also with no luck. I couldn't find a clerk in the isles so I went up front and waited in line. I told the manager what I was looking for and told him the item isn't where it's shown online. He assured me it was and walked me halfway there. However, it was not there. I searched the area for another couple minutes and went back to the manager who went through the same steps as before. This time I insisted he walk back and pull the item. He walked back and mentioned the item may have been moved recently....DUH. Again, not there. On to the next isle. After 5 minutes of searching he was able to find it, 2 isles over, not labeled. Apart from that the inventory was organized and the store was clean. Despite my issues the manager was nice and did end up being very helpful.

I have been here many times and bought a lot of items. I can say that the quality of most things are pretty good with some exceptions that you would expect from lower grade hand tools. I found the power tools to be quite durable and long lasting. The customer service is pretty good when you compare them to other tool or hardware stores. I have no complaints about this location as it lives up to what people would expect from a hardware or tool store.

Although Jose got very nasty that he looked through all the history and did not find the color in there, and even tried to tell me that I must've purchased it at another store and confuse it for this one (?) Beyond that the profile has my husbands name but my phone number I asked if we could clean up the information like having his phone number or my name instead and even that posed as a inconvenience for him. The workmanship was first rate and the communications with the store was great. The pump they recommended to replace my old pump will actually pay for itself in 5-6 years thanks to the energy savings.
