The door itself LOOKS nice but we had a plethora of problems starting with them not being on time…read more While removing the old door parts they backed up into the side of the truck chipping paint in two areas. Although small, the fact remains they installers did it and denied it, as did their insurance company. Would NEVER RECOMMEND Liberty Mutual. As they were trying to adjust the new door, something snapped on our opener and we had to order a new part. Part of the agreement was to make sure the door was working properly with the door opener. It couldn't be completed and we were told they'd be back to finish the job. Instead they sent us multiple notices that we didn't pay the other half of the job. When I mentioned the part and it needed to be installed, I never rec'd a call back from anyone. At that point I sent in the other half, thinking I would get a call back and someone would come to help. The owner of the company was well aware my husband was recovering from an illness that left him paralyzed and I needed this job completed as I would not be able to do it. Instead, we paid for a service never completed. HORRIBLE customer service and staff. Would never recommend.
