I have been working with them for years and they've always treated me like family. The tellers and customer service reps are very efficient and the MOST friendly. I love to go inside and have a chat with my friends from time to time, but the drive-thru is convenient also for those days that I'm in a hurry. Tip: This location recently got a new ATM if you'd prefer to skip the human interaction. It's very quick!

The second person refused to unblock my card and told me to unblock my card at a local bank. Everything is closed today. I am military and just got back from overseas. I had an appointment to tommoro to get a car, now I have to cancel my appointment and wait for the bank to open. I am changing banks I cannot deal with them anymore. Worst bank you could get. Customer service chat doesn't work and customer service in general is rather unhelpful, especially since the email hasn't worked in a couple of months. The hours are troublesome to anyone with an 8-5 job. The bank would seem fine to anyone who only wants to put money in and get loans, other than that I would not suggest it.
