The second person refused to unblock my card and told me to unblock my card at a local bank. Everything is closed today. I am military and just got back from overseas. I had an appointment to tommoro to get a car, now I have to cancel my appointment and wait for the bank to open. I am changing banks I cannot deal with them anymore. Worst bank you could get. Not EVERYTHING can be done online. I had been banking at the Moody AFB branch of the Armed Forces Bank, which admittedly had the advantage of being open for many more hours than most banks. In fact, the bank's hours matched the hours of the main Base Exchange store. But that branch closed and no other branches of Armed Forces bank are anywhere close to Valdosta. Therefore, I immediately switched to Southeastern Credit Union and have been happy with the decision ever since. My thanks to the Moody AFB branch for all their help securing an auto loan refinancing ... specifically to the current Manager Rhonda Walker, her assistant Scarlett and the teller Tonia. I have been working with them for years and they've always treated me like family. The tellers and customer service reps are very efficient and the MOST friendly. I love to go inside and have a chat with my friends from time to time, but the drive-thru is convenient also for those days that I'm in a hurry. Tip: This location recently got a new ATM if you'd prefer to skip the human interaction. It's very quick!
