I have had their hard water system for over a year now. They come and service it monthly like clockwork and the technicians are great!

WOW! My grandfather has a Culligan drinking water filtered dispenser. We noticed a leak under the sink and the bottom of the unity was wet. When I called, they said the bottom of the filter should not be wet, but since he owns it they have a $120 'service charge' that only covers the first half-hour. They charge more than a PLUMBER! I am THROUGH with Culligan!!!! read more

Paid over $500 to have a water filter installed in January (plus the monthly bill I pay). It is now September and the filter has never worked properly. I personally have called and made over 15 complaints/work orders, talked to managers, and it is still not working properly. Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Sadly this company has employees that don't follow up.we had Culligan water in south Texas and we were very happy with it , but here first they make you wait 5-6 weeks to sample the water at home . After I waited 6 weeks a tech called me to tell me that I didn't need water softener system that he had tested the water at home . I asked him for RO system and he asked for my information to send me a quote . Week later I'm still waiting for the quote , I contacted him and he says to contact the office . I called the office apparently they can't find my information, they asked again for it and said that they will send the quote. Well a week later I have not received anything yet. I called other companies out of the Houston area , I requested information and in less then 12 hours I had 3 companies sending me quotes , within 3 days I have water softener system and RO system and it feels and taste fantastic! read more

We just moved to the area and set up water delivery service. After the initial delivery the coronavirus situation worsened and our two college age kids unexpectedly moved home. I was able to add additional bottles to the second delivery. Our third delivery is scheduled for April 20th. We're going to run out well before then. When I called the office on March 31st to request an earlier delivery date I was told no, running on a skeleton crew due to coronavirus. I completely understand that. I called this morning, April 1st to ask if I could come pick some up. I was told the office was closed to the public and the gate was locked. When I clarified that I wasn't "the public" I'm a customer and asked if they could set bottles outside the gate (no human contact) I was put on hold while she checked with the manager. Again, I was told no. So, inside "the gate" there's water, a manager, and office staff. Nobody can put some water outside the gate for pickup? read more

The office staff that books appointments suck.... They hang up on you, tell you they are reporting your issues to a tech and never do. Office staff poor in follow-up and skills. Hard to reach by phone. We have had to report our water problem with their filters several times before the service techs were ever dispatched. (Service Techs are great but administration at this place is not so good). It literally took us several months to get them to come out and install a water treatment system initially when we first contacted them. Now this system isn't working again, and we can't get anyone to come check it out. Beaumont needs a competitor to Culligan and Southeast Texas Water. read more

No show! Poor customer service. I called to have them come to my home and address water issues in having. I want a whole house system with all the bells and whistles. They never came to test the water, never called, nothing! This place must be doing so well that they don't need anymore customers or money. Companies in Houston are hungry for money and wouldn't treat me like this!!!! read more
