I thought a notary sufficed however in Europe often an apostille accompanies a notarized signature. Mark's fees were lower than others and I decided to give it a try. My notarized document was sent to The Language Pros. It went through the apostille phase and then Mark shipped the documents for me to Europe. The entire time Mark stayed in contact with me. It arrived to Europe much sooner than I anticipated. These days I don't see service like this anymore. I will definitely use this business again when needed.

Deceptive Company - Avoid at All Costs…read more This company became blatantly deceptive after we completed the quote, confirmation, and payment process. Once they had our money, they claimed the word count was incorrect and demanded more money. When challenged, they backtracked -- only to then claim confusion about the expedited service we had already been quoted and paid for. I sent them a copy of their own order confirmation, which clearly included "urgent translation and apostille service." Their response? Ignore the documentation and demand an additional $100 anyway. When we requested a cancellation and full refund -- less than an hour after payment -- they went silent. Despite advertising a "cancel for a full refund" policy, they have been completely unresponsive via phone and email. Do not trust this company. They are disorganized at best and dishonest at worst.
