I wouldn't allow this dealership to fix my row boat. Argumentative, rude and insulting. Purchased two NEW Mastercraft from them (2007 & 2013). Not a Mastercraft Dealership any longer, I know. It was just simple maintenance needed, no warranty work. Just down right rude go elsewhere before you need their service department. I should actually say that I was told to go elsewhere for my yearly service because they do not sell Mastercraft any longer, really!! Just rude and insulting. read more

Do you know what is sad? Southeast Marine. This should be the "Premier" Inboard Boat service center in the State of Florida. After all it is owned by the descending, founding family, the Meloons, of Correct Craft Ski Nautique boats. Without going into a long drawn out complaint, let me just say that my Inboard ski boat sat down there for over a month with no communication unless I called Southeast to follow up. The service rep made excuses as to why he could not call me or why there was no attention given to my boat. The service technicians had no idea who said what or did what when it came to the status of my boat. FYI...They will ONLY service what you tell them to service. There is no "going the extra distance" to ensure your boat will run smoothly when you go on your next outgoing. Lose, squeaky belts? They won't tighten them. It is a :10 minute job! But instead, they will simply tell you about it, and you will be forced off the water to have to tighten it yourself. Really? If they see something wrong they won't ask if you would like them to fix it." I am sure many of us would be happy to pay them for their time had they asked. Give me a break? There were several other issues as well. It seems nobody really is too concerned about their Legacy. I won't be visiting Southeast Marine again. By far the worst experience we have had with any watercraft or vehicle for that matter in 30 years. We decided to order a boat with specific options so they would be factory installed at the time of manufacture, not aftermarket style add-ons. After putting it all together and finally getting a price, I shopped it. Every dealer I shopped was cheaper, one was almost 20% cheaper. Southeast was the only dealer close enough to provide on-site service at our dock, so while they didn't quite match the price, they got close enough for us to pull the trigger. When the boat arrived, half the options were not installed. Not the dealers fault, except that they prepped the boat and delivered it without even mentioning the items that were not included. They took 3 shots at getting everything put in, each time the boat is out for a week and they never get everything done. One option was a Rear Remote Control Panel for the stereo. That was not installed. Their first attempt to fix it, they had the wrong part, yet they installed it and sent the boat back, obviously having never tested it. The hits go on, after 15 months they STILL do not have everything right. I don't want to bore you with all the details, just do yourself a favor, FIND ANOTHER DEALER!!!!!!! read more
