I cannot suggest anyone to take their boat here to get fixed. My boat was there for two weeks with…read moreVERY poor communication. My boat suddenly would not rev past 4k rpms while driving and it seemed rough. I was told the carbs were synched, the throttle bracket/cable was replaced and a few other things that added up to be $400. When I got my boat back and took it out the next day, it ran exactly how it did when it was dropped off. When I called to explain I was given the run around saying I was doing something wrong and that the boat was perfect. I took the boat back explaining that I was not happy and nothing I brought it in for had been addressed. He then had the boat for another week with no communication and told me that it ran fine (mind you all they have is a long wooden box filled with water to test the motor out in). Took it out the next day and the same exact problems were still happening. He then wanted to charge me so that he could take it out to the closest lake to see what was wrong after I had already shoveled out 400 dollars for no progress to be made on the boat. This place does horrible business and no one should EVER go there. BE WARNED!

They are without question the best boat dealership I've ever experienced. Their service department has come to my dockside and I've brought my boats to their state-of-the-art facility. I have to point out a few individuals for their commitment and service: - Brock in service. Brock always leaves my boat cleaner than he finds it. His communication is great and he is very thorough, sometimes fixing things I didn't even know were issues. - Kenny as the General Manager. Kenny does something very challenging. Keeping customers happy with one of the most advanced and expensive assets their family owns. Today's boats are very complex, with many systems all having to work together. Malibu and Axis are at the forefront of that tech, but sometimes the one at the lead gets the most bruises. Kenny balances this challenging service role like a champion. - Wes Powers as the sales master. Wes IS the epitome of the boating lifestyle. This isn't a job for him, it is a lifestyle. He's always working because his life is boating. He alway's looks to the future of the customer because he's guiding families to a lifestyle of fun and memories. He always takes care of everyone and gives them the after-sale support that keeps them coming back.

I called Orlando Marine service to let him know of the issues and try to schedule a time to bring it in. He sent me a text message telling me that they would not see my boat anymore and that i was on my own. I've been bringing this exact boat to Carlos since 2018 and i've never had any issues until now. The carb was not fixed and i paid a lot of money to have it rebuilt and he's saying because it was in my warehouse sitting the carb needs to be rebuilt again on my dime and he will not do it. He said there's only a 30 day warranty on the repairs. Not good business in my opinion and this is no way to treat a loyal customer. I would find someone else to work on your boat!
