My appointment today with Nurse Sherry Anderson was fantastic. She went the extra mile to listen and treat my concerns. I am thrilled with how I was treated and Nurse Anderson said she treats her patients like she wants her family treated. The office staff also was kind and helpful. read more

I want to transfer my cart to Lane Dermatology, and I have tried for over a month to have my records sent to them, and a copy to me. Weeks of un-returned telephone calls when I had to leave messages. Finally got someone on the phone week 4, who said she would take care of it. But nothing happened. Another phone call, I reached somoene who said I had to come to their office to sign a release of information. Told her I couldn't, so she emailed me the form, which I completed and emailed back to them (Friday, Apr 19). I have not rec'd my copy nor has Lane rec'd the infomation (Wed Apr 24), so I called and left another message that morning. I didn't hear from them all day. Finally frustrated enough to leave a review. And Why I wanted to go to Lane is another story. read more

This is the worst! Merry go round of creams that don't work, pills that don't work and failed visits. A simple skin graft to a lab will figure the problem but they don't do this. It's all guessing and no matter what you say happened, it's a lie. Now go buy this cream too that won't work.. My dogs get better treatment from their Vets than I do with these military Tricare doctors. Just horrible!!! read more

I was an established patient, tried very hard to get a follow up appointment. Used their website to complete the appointment request, I called the appointment line, to be placed on a permanent hold. I left message when I got through. To no avail, nothing. I waited a week, then to give the office their due, I drove there to make a follow up appointment. To my surprise there were three administrative ladies at the desk. I spoke with one. I explained my situation but she did not want to hear it and said she could not schedule me an appointment until November. I even stated I asked my pharmacy to fax in a renewal request, just as their website stated. The lady at the desk said that they are too busy to answer the phone, call back messages and they do not check the fax machine. I said I would take my business elsewhere. Imagine having a business with three full time administrative personnel that does not return calls, answer phones and check the fax. The doctors are great, but their administration team is less than to be desired, especially after someone set up a great website to help facilitate customer satisfaction. I will no longer use this establishment. I am now booked at Lane Dermatology. I gave southeast dermatology one star, but for the doctors, not the business. They get nothing. read more

Im going to see where things go. The receptionist and medical assistants are nice and profesional. The PA seemed curt and annoyed. I questioned if it was because I receive veteran benefits. I've visited the dermatologist within the last two years so if not for those visits. I wouldn't know about the applications of Retina. ( apply every other day and go up gradually) Also, previous doctors asked if I wanted to take oral medication before prescribing it. She didn't. No mention of wearing sunscreen or etc. it was very let me hurry up and get you out of my face instead of hurrying to limit the time of the visit. I know more people come with serious issues. read more

Dr. William Paul is the ABSOLUTE BEST dermatologist I have ever been to. I was devastated when I went to him because a hairstylist had taken ALL of my hair out in the front and back. My whole front crown was bald and my hair in the back was gone and the remaining hair was severely damaged. Dr. Paul hooked me right on up! He gave me medication to regrow my hair fully and healthy and he assured me that it will grow back and it DID really good. Dr. Paul is a wonderful man and a wonderful doctor. He also gave me medication to clear my skin, I look so much younger and my skin looks youthful and radiant. I get so many compliments. He is the best. If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! I was diagnosed with cancer and set an appointment for my procedure. The week before my procedure they called me and asked to reschedule because the provider was going out of town for Easter and they wouldn't be able to get me in for another month. I told them that wouldn't work for me because I am suppose to be moving across the country in the next couple weeks. To which they said ok and asked if I could come in earlier on the day of the original appointment. I said absolutely. When the next week rolled around and it was time for my appointment I got a call an hour before the appointment saying they needed to cancel because the provider had a "medical emergency"...how freaking convenient they had an emergency on the same day that they tried to cancel the appointment so they could go out of town for Easter. Totally unethical and complete bullsh*t!!! read more
