This company was recently appointed as the Association Management Company for my community. This is…read moreonly the second month since they took over and so far I have experienced the following: It is almost impossible to speak to a live person, they utilize an answering service who always assures you that they would be more than happy to take a message for Spartina Association Management and that you will receive a call back within 24 hours. I have called this company several times in the last week, (at least 3 times) and each time the answering service answered the phone and assured me that I would receive a return call within 24 hours, this did not occur. It's been nearly a week since my first call to them and they've yet to call me back. I have e-mailed members of the office staff with questions, particularly Windee L. and I do not feel that I receive answers to my questions or appropriate follow up regarding any issues that I raise, it's as if I'm communicating with a robot. The same statements and general replies that do not specifically answer my questions are repeated............. Based on my experience I could not recommend Spartina Association Management to any one looking for an Association Management Company to manage their community due to the lack of customer service and follow up provided to me regarding questions or concerns that I have raised. An association Management company should make things easier for home owner's not more difficult. We are all busy these days and placing multiple phone calls and sending countless follow up e-mails is not appealing to myself and I would think that it would be less than appealing to others as well.
