I would highly recommend this business!!!…read more I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 in PA. I needed to get the car inspected because I reside in NJ. I had taken my car to the Inspection Station in Cherry Hill 6 TIMES and could not pass the inspection. I went to Mercedes Benz in Cherry Hill TWICE and was told to just drive the car. I STILL COULD NOT PASS THE INSPECTION. I called for an appointment with Somerdale Automotive Repair and they fixed my problem. I now have my STICKER!! The owner was very professional and personable! In addition, the best part, their prices were extremely reasonable! I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I was not looking for a miracle on a Saturday afternoon but happy they were open to at least get the car there. He hooked up to computer and there was no communication. At this point I was ok with waiting until Monday. They pulled into shop while I was waiting for a ride. They found a blown fuse. While trying to replace it, found wires shorting out on my engine block. They replaced small section of wire. Replaced the fuse. Cleared the error. And boom. Problem solved. They just saved me $600+ for a new computer that wasn't needed. These guys could have waited until Monday but went right to work and got me out of there. They won my trust and will go back to them even if they aren't right around the corner from home.

Nobles Automotive: 9-Year, $42,000+ Relationship Ended with Hostility…read more Nobles just threw away a 9-year, $42k relationship by having a staff member aggressively tear up my work order and tell me 'don't come back' after failing to honor an appointment. I scheduled this service a week ago for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma work truck. Because I no longer live in Haddonfield full-time, I drove over an hour and stayed the night specifically to ensure the truck was there for its Thursday slot. The same person who set the appointment called me THIS MORNING to confirm the work was on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 PM only to find my truck hadn't moved. Instead of an apology for the massive logistical inconvenience and broken promise, the representative was dismissive and rude. When I stated I would be leaving a review about this poor service, he became hostile, deliberately tore up the paperwork in front of another customer, and told a decade-long client to never return. Between my personal vehicles ($17,000) and my crew's vehicles ($25,000), we have been the definition of loyal customers. To be met with this level of unprofessionalism and a total lack of accountability is a massive red flag. If they treat a $42,000 client like garbage, they will certainly do the same to you. A shop is only as good as its word and its management; unfortunately, Nobles has lost both. We are taking our fleet elsewhere.

When he called me to pick it up he told me I was being charged $50 & I couldn't pick my car up until I paid the $50. Not only should he have told me about the charges prior to doing whatever "testing" he did, but he was EXTREMELY unprofessional arguing with me about the charge both over the phone and in his shop in front of a customer. 10 of the $50 was for power steering fluid, but there was not a DROP of PSF in the reservoir & it was half full when I dropped it off. Also, there's now a piece of fabric hanging from the bottom of my car. It doesn't even look like they wiped anything down in order to find the leak. What a scam. Also - let it be known - being charged $20 would have been fine (for the labor) but $50 is ridiculous.

Well, Mike repaired it so quickly and gave us as good a deal as possible when repairing the AC. He explained everything & so easy to do business with. Then, unfortunately for us, the next week we had a major engine prob/failure w/the lifters that were part of the the flex fuel system. We read that people who replaced the lifters only had them fail again in a few months. Mike gave us an alternative solution- redesign engine so it works w/out the flex fuel system. It took a bit of time & when we first got it back ac wasn't working again, but Mike stood behind his work and figured out the prob & got the ac working again, as well as the engine. We really needed to keep this vehicle running & Mike has done that for us. We couldn't be more pleased. Love the friendly, honest, quality service we received!!! We highly recommend taking your car here for repairs!

I will start this review by stating that the body work came out "okay," although it was just minor…read morerear quarter panel damage with some driver side rear door damage, which happened as it sat in a parking lot. However, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place (even though the body work was okay, it blew my mind that they left a white waxy substance on the inside of the gas cap cover which was the first thing I noticed). And instead of parking the car outside the front door where a normal pickup would be, they parked it near Route 42, making sure I got some early-morning exercise in by walking out there. But worse, whoever parked it that far away also parked it so close to a hardscape wall that my door hit the paver wall when it opened; and I did not even open the door that far! Unbelievable -- at a body shop no less!! When I made the appointment (you better be on time!), I immediately felt a sense of gloom and low morale. The guy who handled the estimate was rude, abrupt and overall miserable. Because Labor Day was the following week, they made the pickup date almost 2 weeks from the dropoff date (knowing that I did not have a rental car on my policy, that was hugely inconvenient). Then, I asked the estimator if he could give me a separate estimate for a new bumper, which gets beat up from parking lot concrete blocks that are sometimes too high for the Camry bumpers. His estimate was mind-boggling, extremely high! I also asked, just to have a baseline price, how much a new paint job would be. He outdid himself on that price, also! The worst part may be the woman who works in the front. She had an ice cold personality and I felt she was very nasty and rude (before you even open your mouth to talk). The description "very harsh personality" comes to mind. When she called to tell me it was ready, I felt I was being scolded. (In fact it wouldn't surprise me if I found out she was the one who ordered my car parked far away from the business just out of spite for me mentioning the extra-long time they planned to fix the car. The payment transaction was quick, but that's because she was slamming everything on her desk, moving quickly as she took the payment. I literally could not wait to get out of there!!
