You can purchase your tickets there on a kiosk or on the mobile app. Very easily accessible. The station itself is clean and has plenty of parking. For parking you need to pay as well, it's about $6 for the day and you can also pay online or at the kiosk. There's signs there and tells you what website to go on. We were standing on the wrong side of the train stop and luckily a security guard came and guided us to the right side, which was under the small bridge and up the other side. The train itself was also very clean. It's an easy way to get to LA without the traffic!

I sometimes leave my car parked here, go all the way in the train to LA and back, then catch an event close by where I already have my car here to get there quickly. It's not too far from Victoria Gardens to the northeast and Toyota Arena due south. Just recently, I found out that I can take the Ont Connect bus to and from here to Ont Airport for free as long as you get the Ont Connect train ticket in Rancho Cucamonga station whether you head west towards LA or East towards San Bernardino. For example... instead of taking an approximate $20 Uber from my home in Upland to Ont Airport, now it only costs me $3.75 to walk 25 minutes to Montclair station, train to Rancho station, then Ont Connect bus to Ont Airport! I am really excited about Rancho Metrolink station being the link to many new things. By the way, in the future, this will also be the station that will have the new train going from Rancho to Las Vegas! Can't wait!!!

Next stop San Bernardino!…read more This massive Metro Station hub is located in the Downtown half of SB, and connects to the SB Transit Center as well as the Metrolink to and from Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles. Located an actual hop or so from San Manuel Stadium, home of the IE's 66ers (minor league baseball team) and many plaza or shopping center hubs in DTS Bernardino. Restrooms (also on the Metrolink trains), maps, paths, benches, kiosks, bike locker and racks being the top amenities. Not to mention connections to local metro busses, shuttles, rideshare and routes including the Metrolink Arrow which is the extension and goes as far as Redlands University. You can always find Metrolink staff and/or security not far away with helpful need to know information. Traveling through on a weekend there was a little bit of consistent rain and not as many places to wait it out between Metrolink arrivals or departures as they run way less frequently on Saturdays and Sundays, more so after 3pm. Weekend Passes (for a full day - valid until 3am from the time of purchase) are $10 and the best deal you could ever want or need - plan you commutes and trips accordingly with: metrolinktrains.com/schedules/ 5 to 10 day passes are best for week days commutes - you can purchase in the mobile app or ticket machine kiosks. Good landscaping. Huge parking lot. Easy riding.

I am an avid supporter of taking public transit & love this particular station out of all the…read morestations I have lived by in the past. SAFETY: Safety is my biggest concern taking public transit. I have lived in both LA & SF, you can see some pretty crazy things on the train/ bus in those cities. This station is in a very nice residential area & has a large park & ride lot attached to it so the people here are all professional commuters going into LA & OC like me. There is also a security guard there 24/ 7 to keep the homeless people from sleeping there. The police presence is good too because you typically don't see homeless people in the area very much at all. This is incredible when you put into account that the county welfare building is directly on the other side of the 91. CLEANLINESS: When I lived in Oakland/ SF I would dread taking the BART because the stations were usually DISGUSTING. Metrolink does a great job keeping all their stations nice & clean. They powerwash the over crossing bridge every few months & the gardeners keep the landscaping very nicely done. SHOPS/ AMENITIES: This is where the review lost one star. This station is the perfect example of disgusting urban sprawl. The entire area's infrastructure is completely dependent on cars so the nearest shopping center is literally a half mile walk, the worst part is you can see it at the end of the station under the bridge. There needs to be a shaded sidewalk connecting the station to the shopping center. Right now you have to walk all the way out of the parking lot to Indiana and then all the way down to the light at La Sierra & across in 100+degree weather. Something needs to be done to make this area more pedestrian friendly - ASAP

Machine ticketing is terrible and doesn't prompt you that a day pass is a round trip…read more Ended up paying 12.50 for a single fair instead of 10 dollars for an all day fare. Plus they don't give refunds. I feel cheated and the paper form says lost fare not refundable. I ended up buying an all day pass after since it includes the trip back and is 10 dollars versus paying 12.50 each way. Spent 22.50 when cost should have only been 10. Make sure you look at the options for an all day pass, as for this 1 star, it's because I felt cheated. If Metrolink customer service would like to change my mind feel free to reach out.
