The bit of the shop that they let you in is about four square feet in total, and they do their stuff in the rest of the shop out of sight. They had a look at the key for me, took five minutes copying it, and let me have it for free as they weren't 100% certain that it would work. It did work! They were really helpful both in person and on the phone. Thoroughly recommended.

It took just under a week to be repaired and was very reasonable price wise - way cheaper than buying a new bag. The quality of the workmanship is great. When I collected my bag I asked about how best to clean the leather and he was more than happy to give me tips and suggestions, such as rubbing hand cream into leather on bags to keep it from drying out rather than polish which can come off on your clothes. Although the shop sold polish and cleaning products he didn't pressure me to buy theirs which was a pleasant surprise.
