He spoke with me numerous times on the phone to make sure he fully understood our issue, performed troubleshooting with me over the phone, called the motor manufacturer, and sent me regular texts to keep me informed of what he was finding out. He took nothing for granted, and did everything he could to make sure we solved our problem quickly without spending money we didn't need to spend. As it turns out, his legwork and follow-through led him to the conclusion that we didn't, in fact, need another motor. He spent about an hour onsite on the phone with the motor manufacturer and got it working. I think all businesses, regardless of industry, could learn from Zak and Garden State Shade. This is how business should be done and I cannot recommend him enough. If you need an awning, screens or shutters, give him a call. You will not be disappointed.
