I went back in person to get my rope and told them I would deal with Ronix without their help. They only handed me back 5 feet of 70 foot rope and told me they lost the rest. I went to Ronix and explained what happened and how I was treated. They happily replaced the rope because it was under warranty and sent me freebies for my trouble of dealing with CBK. I would never deal with them again and made sure to let me friends know as well.

Corey knew the water so well because he grew up fishing them as young angler which explained why we were able to stay on fish all day. Take aways from the trip included new fishing skills, better understanding of native Brook Trout and wild Rainbow Trout, and much better information about reading the water/habitat. Bonuses for the trip included Corey giving me a selection of flies he had tied just for Brook Trout fishing and a collection of photographs he had taken from this really cool fishing adventure. Highly recommend!

No test ride, didn't show me a thing on boat, and didn't even help me hook trailer to my truck. They offered no extras to make my boat lake ready other than cheap life jackets. They told me they would register my engine for me with Yamaha for warranty, that NEVER happened. I had to get service at another marina and they discovered that the salesman at Rockingham lied to me as it never was registered. Not being very wise, and being the nice guy I am, I thought I would give them another chance on maybe trading my boat that I purchased from them new; boy what a mistake! The salesman said he just moved here form out of state and he said he knew no prices. I asked him to just look up some prices for me and give me a call back, to no surprise I never got a call. He treated me and my wife like we had no money and he didn't have time for us. I guess our car was not nice enough for him to say these people can afford a boat, even though I had told him I had purchased a new boat just two years ago from Rockingham. Oh yea, might I mention also that I was not driving POS, My car is only two years old and a high end model of a not cheap brand. This was by far my worst shopping experience ever! Not sad for him or Rockingham Marina, I purchased a $94,000.00 boat from a much nicer and caring marina/boat dealership. I hope my experience will help others.
