My daughter is learning so much with them and is very happy! They have a schedule they have the kids on and provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. My daughter is an only child, so I'm a bit of a helicopter mother. I feel very safe with her there during the day. I tried to limit my calls to 16 a day but that was the first week . I'm completely secure with the care they provide and don't obsess over whether or not she's ok. Happy baby = happy AND relaxed mama! These chicks are 10 stars in my book!!

We love Metro! From the minute we started the enrollment process to our student entering the doors…read morewe have been impressed. The teachers have worked in helping our student make up gaps in math and reading and continue to help push her forward. All the staff is helpful and available to help us when needed. Miss Kendall never makes it seem like she is too busy to help answer forgetful mom questions and always does it with a smile. Mrs. Augustine usually can be seen welcoming kiddos in the morning. Their fees are very reasonable and clearly laid out on the website. Communication with families is good and clear expectations are set. They are adding sports and clubs to further expand their profile. We are overall very happy with the decision of placing our daughter in class.

It is one of the most sought out schools in the area, with many parents fighting for homes in this district. They have amazing teachers, and many programs to help young kids grow into the best them they can be. I will never forget the etiquette class I took in 3rd grade. Almost 20 years later, those lessons still resonate with me. My son is a year and a half, but I already can't wait for him to enjoy his time at Robert F Woodall!

The worst employment experience ever for me. The turn over rate is horrible and now I understand…read morewhy!!! The daycare/ pre-school DOES NOT have janitors on staff !!! If a teacher, teacher assistant, or floater is hired then they are expected to clean ALL the classrooms by the end of the day. As a teacher assistant I was scrubbing toilets, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting EVERYTHING. Then you are not allowed to take your time. It's rush, rush, rush. They don't warn you about all the janitorial duties from the beginning. You also have to pay for your own physical before being hired. I had no health insurance and I was a single parent. Don't bother asking for reimbursement. Then staff members are forced to sit on concrete floors covered by thin rugs WHILE holding young infants. No back support while rocking infants is so painful. Your tail bone is killing you by the end of the day. The staff members were so sweet and polite. Most were helpful but some couldn't wait to complain to management about you. It would be greatly appreciated if the teachers/leads would speak to you about your mistakes BEFORE running to the office. Back biting and tattling at its best!!! The teachers will smile and tell you that you're doing a fabulous job. Then BAM !!!! So sad but lesson learned.
