I was matched with a therapist within a week and began sessions soon after. However, my therapist left the practice with no notice and no one from the office contacted me. I showed up for my session, waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes, and then found someone in the front office who informed me of the situation. It is entirely unethical to leave a practice without informing all of your patients. On top of that, for no one from the office to contact me, I am incredibly frustrated. This is not the first time that I have heard of a clinician leaving the Inner You without telling their patients so clearly there are some issues with the practice at large.

We are blown away by Pediatric Associates…read more 1) Dr. Griffith is excellent. He is practical and no-nonsense. He explains everything, asks questions, and always asks what questions we have. It always feels like a conversation rather than a doctor's visit. 2) We have also seen two other doctors, and they were also great. It's nice that the practice is large enough that if you can't get in to see your primary doctor you can usually see another one, and they seem to have similar approaches to medicine. 3) All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They also don't rush you out of exam rooms. They have offered multiple times that if I need to feed my newborn I can use the room. 4) The practice uses an app that allows you to ask questions, and a nurse usually answers quickly. It's helped me avoid some really silly phone calls. (Is poop supposed to be green?) It also keeps track of appointments, vaccinations, etc. 5) Billing has never been an issue. 6) Weekend hours are a huge help.

I have been a patient here for several years. While my therapist is wonderful, the office is…read moreterribly mismanaged and micromanaged making it difficult for me to see the therapist. For example, once I forgot my insurance card when keeping an appointment. Even though my account has always been paid and insurance has remained same, the office canceled all future scheduled appointments with counselor until such time as I returned in person with the card - as a busy person this is inconvenient for me. As a result I can't get an appointment at a time I most need one. Another time QBH charged me a "back payment " of about $160.00 when I showed up for my appointment even though I had been making $40.00 copay every previous visit. No explanation was given for charge. While it later turned out to be error, I was rudely treated. I once saw one of the doctors from QBH. The quack advised me to completely stop taking medications that WORKED for me, that I had been taking for many years as prescribed by an experienced psychiatrist. Moreover the efficacy of the prescribed medications had been corroborated by 2 experienced psychiatrists when I moved to Boston. So, quack doctor, soulless office, and a great counselor. But for her I would never return to QBH
