I came back and noticed it 2 more black stains on the top, which were not there when dropped off (looked like it rubbed up against something that was black, not like dust or anything). They man this was there which does the alterations was very mean tore open the bag and snatched the uniform down and told me to comeback the next day. I then came back 2 days later to get the uniform and say that the stains were not spots on the clothes. The man said, "I cleaned, I cleaned." I tried to explain to them that the stains were not there where I dropped them off does he know what happene. He just threw his hands up at me. So I asked how much and told him, that I won't be back, I just want to pay, how much is it (because he had taken the receipt already with the price. He said $20 and I I asked for the machine. He pointed at it. I tried to pay with Apple Pay and held my phone over the machine. I then asked for a receipt. He screamed at me, "Pay!" I responded I'm trying to and it's not going through. Do you have to press something? He said, "No pay by phone, card or cash." I replied, "This is what I just asked you." I don't have my card on me or cash so I will be back. I came back and attempted to explain to the Lady who was now there what had happened and she said, " We don't like you, your 1st time here, picky customer." I told her that she isn't even allowing me to explain what happened and that He was very rude. I told her that I would be leaving a review and that I will never be back. She said good. So here is my honest review. It's sad that I believe there was also somewhat of a language barrier between both the male and the female and myself. But, make no mistake the treatment was not warranted or necessary. I am the customer and I know what stains were on the uniform when I brought it there. There was no need to be treated that way and I hope that whomever reads this will consider using their money to patronize a place like this who truly will take your money but treat you like you are less than without trying to understand the issue, problem, or find a solution to retain a customer. Also, I was charged for a 3 piece suit for a small child cheerleading uniform. I didn't even have a problem with that, even though I thought that was wrong.

When I first entered, I was surprised that they did not have a computer payment system, no computer ticketing system and no credit card accepted. This was a cash only service(this should've been a sign. When I dropped off clothes i was given a handwritten receipt with balance due. When I returned to pick up clothes, the lady attempted to change the price on the receipt. I refused to accept this new charge. I had to wait until next day day to collect my clothes when owner was available. This was inconvenient and unacceptable. I did retrieve my clothes the next day. I will never patronize this establishment and recommend you avoid the drop off service.
