I was on the curb, their box truck was a good two foot from the curb. Lastly, they blocked my entire driveway for the day. When asked to move, they pulled up just barely enough to get by, had to do a three point turn to get in/out of my driveway. Emailed their company, and was basically told too bad. It's what we've got to do. I get it, they have a job to do, but a little common courtesy goes a long way, and blocking someone's driveway? That should be a no brainer...

They have made it impossible to get into your own unit without bringing your own snowblower and shovel. They plow through the aisles of units, leaving multiple feet of snow drifts in front of each unit EVERY time it snows. It then turns into solid ice. If you attempt to call the local number provided, you are immediately routed to a call center in a different country. They then try (in broken English) to tell you that they will contact the local manager for those units. Never happens. Never receive any call backs. 0/10 Do Not Recommend

Well they can take their new rates and fees/charges and shove them up their incompetent, greedy, money grubbing asses!!!
