I was greeted by the most unbelievably rude person I have ever had the displeasure of "doing business" with. When I informed this "gentleman" of the issues we were having and that I was unsure who installed it he replied with, "What kind of car do you drive?!?!" Dumbfounded by the question I hesitantly answered, "Umm...a Subaru?" He then curtly responded with, "WELL WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO A CHEVY DEALER?!?!" Stunned I said, "Well no..." AFTER biting my head off he THEN decided to ask for the name and checked the records to see if they were the ones that did the instillation. They were not and I must say, I am thanking my lucky stars for that! I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and if I EVER treated a patron that way I would have lost my job instantly. Buyers beware, these guys are the worst. With "customer service" like that I can't believe they are even still in business. If I could give a rating worse than 1 star, I would.
