Our experience with Primrose School of Aliante was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely…read moreconcerning. There is constant teacher turnover, which creates a complete lack of consistency for the kids. Even more concerning, in meetings with the owner, this was openly acknowledged--that they struggle to retain teachers and that the inconsistency negatively impacts the children. Despite that, nothing meaningfully improved. It became clear that this stems from poor leadership and how staff are treated. When teachers are not supported, they leave--and the children are the ones who suffer. They also send children home far more often than what feels reasonable, making it difficult for working parents to rely on them for consistent care. The most serious issue, however, is the lack of accountability and transparency. There were incidents and injuries that were not clearly communicated and, at times, felt misrepresented. That is unacceptable when you are trusting a facility with your child's safety. On top of that, the administration appears to be largely family-run, and it shows in the lack of professionalism and accountability when concerns are raised. For a center that charges premium prices and markets itself as high-quality childcare, this experience fell far short. I would strongly caution other parents to look closely and ask hard questions before enrolling.

The school's director Robina called me within the hour and answered our multiple questions then invited us to tour the property. Pricing is available for full day, five days a week from as early as 7:00AM - as late as 6:00PM. Half days as early as 7:00AM to pick up before noon. They also have 3 days a week and 2 days a week options. We toured this school today. This location just opened August 12. It's incredibly clean and smelled like someone was cooking in the kitchen - just like home! Alyssa was very thorough with our tour. We asked a number of questions and were delighted with each answer. Safety, security and engagement of the children is our primary concern and we are very satisfied with the information we were given. Photos included entrance and 1 year old classroom. Larger playground pictured is for older children. There is a separate playground available for toddler children (forgot to include). When considering a daycare, childcare or preschool, I highly encourage you to consider this Primrose School.

We've had kids at Watch Me Grow since 2016, and it's honestly been such a blessing for our family…read more Three of our older kids went there, and now our youngest is still there every day and he LOVES it. He's always talking about his teachers, his friends, water days, and all the fun stuff they do. The teachers we've gotten to know over the years are so kind and really seem to care about the kids. It's not just a place to drop your kid off...it feels like family. The front office staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. One of the things I've always appreciated the most is how seriously they take safety. They have a camera system to monitor the classrooms, and it's clear that they stay on top of everything. It gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands. Watch Me Grow has been part of our lives for almost 10 years now, and we're so grateful for the love and care they've shown our kids. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a daycare that's not only safe and reliable, but also full of heart.

I work as a teacher and have also been trained to prepare daily meals for the children in the kitchen -- a role I've grown to love just as much. Every day, I get to care for and teach children ranging from six weeks old to school age, and I genuinely adore each one of them. The environment here is safe, nurturing, and structured -- both for the children and the staff. I take great pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly. The leadership team, especially our Director and Assistant Director, are outstanding. I have so much respect for both of them. They lead with kindness, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the children and staff. My own granddaughter attended Watch Me Grow for several years, and she absolutely loved coming each day -- especially because her grandma was one of the teachers! That personal experience only deepened my appreciation for the loving and high-quality care provided here. I wholeheartedly recommend Watch Me Grow to any family looking for a safe, joyful, and engaging place for their child to grow and thrive. And for those looking for a meaningful place to work -- this is it!
