My expectation was to meet w/ my PA, who I was familiar with due to prior office visits. Instead, I was prompted to do a comprehensive neuro eval. My anxiety level ends to be rather high in general and skyrocketed in a new work up that was presented to me, (especially in situations that involve sudden, drastic change). I flunked my neuro eval, was super anxious, unable to concentrate. Hence, this drastic and sudden change was traumatic at best. My requests to stop was not heeded. I would evaluate my experience as a very poor customer service approach.

Dr. Gray is a specialist; he deserves more respect then he receives. I have been going there since 2010, and I have personally witnessed his being called from his office to the hospital to care for urgent patients. However, I have to say that the most recent clerk/worker that I have come across is absolutely sent by God! His name is Rey G. Everytime I walk into the office he greets me by my name! He is always wonderfully helpful and willing to help me in any way he can. He's very pleasant and so respectful. Even when I've had sad experiences (painful blood draws), he is always positive and comforting. I had recently been so disappointed with a really painful and bad blood draw and prescription request that I was thinking of changing my medical group, (which I really did not want to do because my medical provider (Nancy Reilly Williams is the best provider I've ever had), but due to the wonderful help and assistance of Rey G, I will never leave this medical practice, as long as both Rey and Nancy are still in the group. I love that they both care so much, they truly express concern for my well being!! Today, to receive such wonderful care is almost impossible.
