I don't throw that term out often but I will give it to her because she deserves it! She is upbeat, smart, gets you advancing in rehab and no fluff about it! The PTAs I've had have all been great as well! Front desk is also on point. Overall, I like what I see, I've been told my expectations are high and these ladies have met them! Side note, if you ever experience working with a PT and you don't think you're seeing improvement or their not pushing you enough, say something or go elsewhere.
