He was in uniform with a complete toolkit and even though I did not need it, he brought an extra mounting assembly just in case. I called and talked to the owner Jimmy McClellan Sr. and he was real nasty and didn't care about my concern. This company is a rip off! they won't tell you up front all that you need to get your system working properly, instead they will come back and tell you that you need something else to charge more money.
