Richard Horbal has a God complex and gets offended when you ask a question to understand your care better. He raised his voice when I did ask questions so I asked to speak to the other allergist, his son. His son did say his father has a God complex like "many doctors his age". Both over-prescribe antibiotics for sinus and ear infections. They don't document all medications you may be on, and I was asked on different appointments what medications I was taking from them. I question how well they document in general. They don't look at the bigger picture for reasons of a medical complaint, they push pills/drugs. And if your medication isn't covered under your insurance, they do NOT work on prior authorizations. One staff told me to do the preauthorization for them to sign, and I'm not a nurse or medical professional. The office manager said they have never done preauthorizations. Don't go with a doctor who's name says what kind of care you'll receive...

Dr. Roden and Dr. Harris are knowledgable and have good "bedside" manner. The staff in the office…read morehowever ... not so much. Kim (front desk) is OK but made frequent errors in charging my co-pay and had to be corrected by Dr. Roden. Marsha's tone over the phone is one of "why are you bothering me now". Love the doctors in this practice, but the staff needs a customer service refresher. One staffer actually said to me "there are thousands of patients with more pressing medical issues than you have" when I was inquiring as to the status of a test appointment (they were late/lax in scheduling said test appointment). Physicians get an A, staff, a D-.
