They were there on time, dressed professionally, and had the food ready to serve when it was supposed to be. I spent some time in the kitchen, and watched as the prepped, and everything was clean and sanitary. Sean did pull a menu item that he said couldn't be properly prepared in the kitchen facility we had available. There was still more than enough food, so none of the guests ever knew. I really appreciated his honesty in doing that-now people walked away saying how amazing the food was, and not talking about that "one thing that didn't work". For me, that makes this a positive, not a negative. Big props also go to his staff-we had an ice cream sundae bar as well, and the person who was hired to serve didn't make it. His folks stepped up and made sure that part went off without a hitch. I would trust this man and his staff to cater any event I had. Oh, and if you're in Lawrenceville, they do a lunch delivery thing that's great!

Richard went above and beyond anything we could have asked for our wedding and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a full service caterer and staffing for your wedding and/or event. We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else. Having Richard to take care of so many items was such a huge blessing.

One of the ladies filled my container with all the liquid but the item I wanted was just seaweed? ‍ I didn't want the residual juice so that was a bummer to have to pay for. The kimbap looked good and tasted good but it's poorly assembled. It basically all falls apart. Maybe because it's sliced too thin? Not sure. But the lady at the counter was nice and I called in advance to preorder soup. They have ox bone soup, sulung tang, seaweed soup and spicy beef soup. I thought the price point was reasonable. Their pollock soup is also very good. I would def come back to buy soups and stash them in my freezer for emergencies.

Their tomato sauce is flavorful and rich, and the portion sizes are HUGE. I usually get the eggplant parmesan, but this time, I got the chick parm instead, and there's probably two servings in one platter. The chicken parm is seasoned well with Italian seasoning, and it's not bland at all. Not only are the portions are huge, but we also get probably two garlic knots per plate, so you will not be leaving hungry if you're dining in. Highly recommend!
