The office itself is small and intimate. I had written her prior to massage and we talked more in-depth about my migraines. I paired a full-body massage with cranio-sacral (which I had never had before). The massage room is very cozy: dimly lit with fabric hung from the ceiling (it reminded me of a cloud). Much to my surprise, despite her use of oils, I was not overpowered by smells. The massage was great - I loved the warmed socks she provides. The week after my massage I felt wonderful. I could definitely feel that the tension in my neck and shoulders had been significantly reduced, and my migraines were not quite as intense.
