He is an extremely caring individual who does his best to be as helpful as possible in every situation. I was extremely distraught after totaling my car, and he did his best to make me feel better about the whole situation. Today he knew that I was running late to class, so he came as quickly as possible, clearly concerned, and trying to get it started as quickly as he could. The customer service he provides at BSH is unmatched, and I cannot recommend this business enough to anyone in need of any of their services.

He informed me to put stock exhaust on it would be 3k. I sent my back to get his keys to his truck. Chaney informed my 17yr old he would not have even bought the truck. Why? Why would he say something like that to a kid? He don't know how hard my son worked to buy that truck, what he went they to get the truck or the stress and worry it has already caused him. My son didn't asked for his advice or his opinion. It was unneeded and done more damage to a crap situatio. Chaney was to be hired to do a job and he couldn't/wouldn't do it. Fine that's on him. But he should not have said shit to him. my son was obviously angry and said he told him to go to hell and dude proceeded to cuss him out. Mr. Chaney needs some professional courtesy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly so that's why I gave them one star.

This ? business said my 86 year old mother needed and alternator for her car.....they put one in,…read morewhich cost my mother $375. which she paid for. The car still had the same problems as it had previous and would not start on a reliable basis. It had to be towed to another auto mechanics business when it wouldn't run after she drove it one day shortly therafter.. She called Wesland Auto and told them of the problems, they said they would come and pick up the car from the other Auto shop and fix the problem. They have not returned phone calls, and the car is still sitting waiting to be picked up 10 days later....in the meantime my mother has no transpotation. This place is a total CROCK.....they even presented her with a $500,+ dollar bill for services from 5 years ago. My mother never recieved a bill from them.... Stay Away from this so called business, they take advantage of senior citizens. They should be ashamed to call themselves a "business" and steal from the elderly! ( A day after I wrote this review, Westland Auto finally picked up my mothers car and took it to thier shop for repairs. I don't know if they saw this comment or not, however "the sqeaky wheel gets the grease" and they need to make this right with her. When they do I will retract this review in it's entirety.) Westland Auto returned the car to my mother, but when she went to start it, it does not start. The same problem since day 1, but after an unconsented charge of $375+ for an alternator which obviously most likely is not the problem.... UNBELIEVABLE
