I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. She always makes sure to give me great tips for what I can do to maintain her service and is extremely transparent with the cost of service (and what I should prepare to spend on products should I need to splurge on it). She has never been pushy (like other facialists I have visited before) and she always makes sure that what I do to my skin works for the season/maintenance I'm doing at home (i.e. I wanted to do a peel for the summer but she advised me to wait till the winter season since the sun isn't as harsh & won't affect my healing process). From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely welcoming and warm. The receptionist & owner care about everyone that walks in as if they are doing your service too. They have tea and water which they offer their guests (I've even been offered snacks when they have them), socks to put on so you don't disrupt other guests getting treatments done & a relaxing waiting area (which I have never used since Gloria is ALWAYS on time for me). The price has never been expensive, whenever I go in I always think the service cost is going to be more. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially with the times that we currently live in with COVID, and the place is always spotless.
