Disgusting and very upsetting, offensive service and treatment by two men today at SPEEDY Aix Les…read moreMilles, 9:30am Saturday 30th March 2019. I arrived with a problem with my car. I cannot speak French and apologised immediately for this and provided them with a French assessment of the work that needs doing to my car, and then I was given the rudest treatment I have ever received anywhere in my life. One of the men stood up and fiercely pointed that I leave and go to another garage. I am alone, a female in a foreign county and I need help with my car. I am not in a good position and I do not need disgusting, intimidating treatment from these men when I approach them to see if they can help. This is their job. They service cars. I just hope they receive the same treatment today if they are to ever travel to another country, alone, and in need of help. I am appalled and frustrated that these horrible men brought me to tears. It is not easy for me to try and fix my car when I have travelled from England and I came to Speedy after online research and good reviews and it says trustworthy service. I just wish I was shown the slightest bit of humanity and not intimidation and rudeness by these two men sitting behind computers on this Saturday morning
