We love our Toyota Corolla hybrid except I'm scared that if I get a flat tire WHATS THAT THING IN THE TRUNK? This dealership could not provide a manual in English. I bought one in England for over $150. The Corolla is best for short people like me. My 6'2 husband cusses like a sailor when trying to get into the front passenger seat: his legs cannot clear his feet & his head cracks against the door jamb. Worse than all that is the lack of language skills in the staff: admittedly one nice fellow at the SERVICE DESK has command of English but he is pretty busy. When I call the main number for a " revision " appointment, the receptionist has no English and when I request that she speak slowly (parlez lentement s'il vous plait) she thinks I asked her to speed up. Impossible. I am in a French gov intermediate class so my French isn't that bad. I know, I'm in France and of course the language is French, but I'd bet my gas cap that Maurin has many other ex-pat clients so as a commercial enterprise they need to step up to the plate and do some revision......... Then maybe someone can teach me to change the tire.
