I saw Mary a few years ago with my kids during a very difficult divorce. After many, many sessions, some including my ex, she told me what I needed to hear and not want I wanted to hear (that I needed to read the writing on the wall). Ultimately, I ended up divorced but I got custody of both kids, moved on in life. The kids grew up to healthy productive adults in law enforcement and I am now happily remarried. She also received specialized training in Emotionally Focussed CouplesTherapy (EFT) and Behavioral Couples Therapy (BCT) for Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
