Me and one other guy there when they opened and the stylist I booked with tells him, "I'll slip you in first" right in front of me. Made the appointment in the middle of the week, got there 10 minutes early, before they opened, only to turn around and walk out. Great business...way to disrespect your cash paying customer that always tipped 30%
