This is a corner unit and they use this space and the one next door to perfection. This place makes one want to slow down and look at everything separately as it is not the least bit overwhelming as many other antique stores do. I love the condition everything is in. You can tell this was very well curated and each item vetted before being put out to purchase. Cell phones are allowed in the store in case there is an emergency car but then you need to take it outside because it's a very small thrift store and you can hear everything and since they do do consignment large bags can be left in your car or at the door because there are things that come up missing.

First off, the facts. Every month starting in June the Aladdin Shrine Center off Stelzer (near Easton Mall) hosts a "GO-TO monthly market of local, vintage, antiques, upcycled" etc, etc vendors in their main stage area. June 22, July 13, Aug 23, Sept 13 and Oct 19 (thus far.) For me it was too flea market and not enough antique market. The handmade and upcycled items were nice, but there was too much of it. Food truckers were outside in the side parking lot, which was nice: Mojo Tago, Red Snapper Mobile, Mai Chau, and My Place or Yours. Seating for eating was available inside. There was also a bar. Yep, a bar-beer and liquor. They actually had $2 CBC IPA pints. Uh, yeah, keep them coming. Not because I love it so but needed some liquid courage to keep going. The advertised "live music" was a DJ on the stage "turning" hits from 60's, 70s and 80s...."Bartender, two more pints please!" But when I have to pay admission for something like this, I expect that at minimum the place that was rented out will be full. That was not the case. The first show I went to was maybe 70% full and while there were different vendors from primitive to upcycled to tables made from reclaimed wood (awesome!) to a guy selling bones and creepy items, it somehow felt like it was not worth the price of admission. Okay, so maybe the first show was new and it needed to find its groove so I'll give it another chance. Well, there were *fewer* vendors at the next show and they added tables for people to sit down and have drinks or eat to make it appear like more space was filled. I don't know that I can justify shelling out admission again if the place isn't at capacity. I might go to the last one since it'll be closer to the start of holiday shopping and hope more people have signed up by then before I make my final decision. I am glad to see the opportunity for something like this in town though but I hope it picks up a little steam especially when you have something like the Scott Antiques Market that rolls around and is free admission and 4-5x the size.

It was Mother's Day and the one thing my mama wanted to do was browse through her favorite store. You can enter from the parking lot facing Maple Ave. or you can venture through the mall to the internal entrance... whichever floats your boat. The space is roughly the same size as the older location and it has everything any true maxxinista wants when visiting the store. It's also pretty clean and the staff was nice and friendly in every department. I especially loved the new carts. I absolutely hate walking through stores like this with a crappy cart. During this trip I found a beautiful pot in the home and garden section as well as a lovely tie die summer dress. I'll need to hem the dress but I couldn't pass it up for twenty bucks. Both items were reasonably priced, winning! This TJ Maxx has a great selection of designer handbags, perfume and hair and body products, shoes, clothing (women, men, and children), luggage, kitchenware, stuff for your bathroom, etc. I would certainly recommend you visit this store. I know I'll be back along with just about every member of my family. Do I miss the old location, yes. Will I get over it? Definitely!

Found one item i could use..was confused about high prices on items on the shelves..so damaged…read moreand was asking high cost..The Bins were big with alot of open items..the store tryed to keep up and had repeated on loud speaker but still people were not doing that.they ripped open boxes. Example they had air fryer 179 dollars with broken handle still asking 160 bucks for the items and I felt the items on the shelves were way over priced and tops and pants you can buy new at Walmart cheaper. There was food items were high to so honestly I dont know if I go back. Store had a really nice lady with glass and her hair was up in a bun sweet.light brown hair very responsible and helpful..and even help look for items.when I asked.I spent about half hour found water bottle that was nice for two dollars.. spring open top hydro flow nice ..but honestly idk if I go back.only if shelve items prices went down. Had a rug for bathroom or bedroom way to much for thease items and dogs stuff to high..
