We tried La Pasita (raisin liqueur with a raisin and a cube of goat's cheese), Sangre de Brujas con zarzamora y jamaica (witches' blood with blackberries and hibiscus) and Amontillada de naranja (orange liquer). He was out of the natural straight pulque and was awaiting delivery. Pulque spoils within a couple of days and he receives fresh batches to prevent this.
