They are inside the building with HQ on the side. My technician, Jeremy, was very polite and asked what my problem was. I explained my problem and what I though the solution might be, he listened to me and agreed that it was likely and told me he'd start there. I was told it would be $59 for a technician's time, which for Tulsa is VERY reasonable. I was told at the time there would be no additional charges, and that was correct. Really the best value for purchase I've had with a computer repair shop. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and I know who I'm going back to.
