To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. So now the gutter is starting to bend and the curve he added is leaking. so overall, just a lousy job. Would never use him again.

Based on what I found on Yelp, I called AcuClean Services on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Wes. He asked me to send him photos of each window, door, and ceiling fan I wanted cleaned. Within an hour of texting the photos, I received a quote via a text message. I accepted the quote. The job was scheduled for the following Thursday. I was really impressed at how well Wes uses text messaging in his business. A two-man team from AcuClean arrived at my home on Thursday. The two gentlemen were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They cleaned my windows (inside and out), the screens on the windows, two storm doors (inside and out), and two ceiling fans. All the work was completed in 3 1/2 hours. I was told that normally, the work could have been completed in 2 1/2 hours, but my windows offered some challenges. They have never been professionally cleaned. I'm an ex-cigar smoker. Some of the window's interiors had paint residue on them from remodeling I had done several years ago. Some of the window's exteriors had years of pollen built up on them from oak and elm trees on my property. All I can say about AcuClean Services is WOW! I will definitely use them again.
