In our case she had to send my husband to the specialist hospital twice, and on both occasions she called ahead to make sure they understood his needs and on the second occasion she even tried to help us with negotiating a payment method that did not require us paying €8000 cash upon arrival. When you sit in her waiting room you can see she is a very busy doctor,and you may have a little bit of a wait, but that is a small price to pay for having someone who does her best for every patient.
