This was the single worst nail salon I've been to in the tri-county area. The initial impression was shocking due to the amount of people that were waiting to get their services done, but positive due to the look of the salon. It was clean and tidy, just want you want to see in a nail salon. Unfortunately, that took a huge turn. Not only did they push our appointment back a half hour (and we were taken even later than that) due to walk-ins, but our nails were half-assed. (Side note: If you're a salon that specifically has scheduled appointments, why in the hell would you ruin those with walk-ins? Why not have a designated day for walk-ins, or the other way around? Whatever.)
The pedicure that was done for my sister was fine, but during the process she was made to bleed multiple times due to her cuticles being nicked. My manicure - if I can even call it that, since I only got gel nail polish with very little care to any filing and none to cuticle care - costed an arm and a leg because of mediocre designs. My sister's manicure was the worst I've personally seen. The SNS application was messy and carried onto the skin around her nails - and then LEFT there until I asked for it to be fixed. To fix it, they took CUTICLE TRIMMERS to take off the SNS around her nails, and made her bleed multiple times, even when asked to use something else to remove it. They initially acted like they weren't able to see anything wrong with it until I specifically said "The hot pink that's on her skin that was never removed and the product under her fingers that wasn't fixed. Can we fix those?" To which he said "Oh sorry" and they chopped away at her hands.
We paid almost $200 for all of this. Absolutley atrocious and the last place I'd trust to touch my hands ever again. We'll be lucky if no infections are gotten from this visit. The photos are from AFTER he cleaned them up.
0/10 for us. Respectfully, get better. read more
