Waited over 20 minutes for two pretzel, not only did they mix up the order but they were also extremely rude and disrespectful. We had other food in the car but wanted the two pretzels, the other food got cold and we asked for a discount for making us wait that long and mixing up our order. They we're rude and nasty about it and the shift manager was the main one since he delivered our food. Not only that but it was cold, we left without our food. The building looks clean. Everything's decent but I pulled in and the speakers aren't working on the drive-thru and the lady came out and talked to me and I says I'll be a sec. so I pushed the call button and it took him 7 minutes to get to me and I'm the only one in the parking lot at The Establishment. The poor worker had to come out with a notepad because none of their speakers are working anywhere on the facility. The staff was not the problem, the food on the other hand makes me not want to eat Sonic ever again. The chicken in the sandwich was hard to bite down on, the lettuce was old, the tomatoes were soggy, the beef tasted awful. 2-4pm every day is the happy hours, when the drinks are half-price! always loved me some strawberry limeade! and this one is better than other Sonic in that they don't go stingy on you when it comes to flavoring the drinks... I've had basically 7-Up/Sprite from other Sonics claiming to be limeade. I can actually taste strawberries!! read more

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, but everything else (wait time, food quality, price, etc) needs a lot of work. The food tasted old and cold, overpriced small portions, waited about half an hour between ordering and receiving the food. Compared to the surrounding restaurants, this place can't keep up. I experienced this Sonic only a handful of times, but my last visit on Sunday, September 16th was horrible! The servers were rude and would not speak loudly or clearly enough; I ordered a sweet tea and when it was not brought out to me, no one had the audacity to inform me that they ran out of sweet tea and was in the process of making more! My family and I sat on the patio, and all the servers INCLUDING the manager ignored our requests. Also, for the price you pay for the food and the amount, it doesn't equal out. The food was decent however the staff was not pleasant at all. We ordered 4-5 combos with at least two of the sandwiches having onions. We received our orders in 2 bags with 2 napkins and no mints (which we know comes with our meals). I walked up to their employee door to ask for more napkins and two mints and the employee stated "ok". There was a line in the drive thru so I walked back to our car. We waited for the drive through to clear (5-6mins later) and still nothing. We then hit the red button at our stall and asked again for the same thing. Still nothing. I finally walked back up to the employee door and advised them again that we had 4 combos, with 2 napkins and 0 mints. I also advised her that I have already asked for these items several times. Not sure why this location seems to be different from all the others but they definitely have 0 customer service and 0 time to make sure their customer are satisfied. I mean I did walk to the door to get the items we needed, the least they could do is just hand them to me. If you're going to work in the customer service industry at least act like you care. The food industry isn't just about food it's also about customer service. Seems like the employees need some additional training as to what that means. We will not be visiting this location again. If you are looking to grab a quick bite to eat with awesome customer service this is not the place for you. read more
