Do NOT go to this Sonic, I ordered a Red Velvet Batter Shake & a friend ordered a Cherry Limeade & Tots just for a 40-45 MINUTE WAIT TIME WITH RUDE STAFF. Said friend got a Strawberry Limeade instead and dude walked away from us, ignoring us until we raised our voice saying "Excuse me" and corrected his order which it worried me because I have a PEANUT ALLERGY and when I got my shake, I was asking if there hasn't been any cross-contamination and when I did, the same dude who gave said friend's order gave an attitude with me and THREW away my shake. Ordered for mobile pickup and arrived at the stall and checked in. No one cared to tell us that they weren't bringing orders out to the stalls we overheard them tell the car next to us to go through the drive thru so we followed suit. There was a line and took us about 15 min to get through. Once we arrived at the window they sent us off with our order...that had clearly been sitting out the entire time we were in line. The ice cream was completely melted and couldn't even be scooped up with the spoon. Horribly disappointing, who in their right might would think it would be acceptable to give someone ice cream that was no longer eatable. I understand the bad reviews and will not be returning. Honestly the food here has never disappointed me and I typically order without cheese because I'm severely allergic to milk and eggs, I asked for my burger to have no cheese twice yesterday (Feb 22, 2022) and the girl in the window handed me the bag saying "I even made sure there wasn't cheese on it" I took her word because it's not that hard to ask the sandwich person what they put on the sandwich, I get home and there's THREE PIECES OF CHEESE ON MY BURGER!!! My first trip to this location and it will definitely be my last. Pulled up to the drive-through window at 7:15 PM I was behind a vehicle and we were asked to wait that they would be right with us at 7:45 they took my order. When I went to pay for my meal, the price seems a little low to me as I ordered a combo. I questioned the price and told her what I had ordered and she said no a combo was not ordered she asked if I wanted her to fix the order and I said yes. Again, I ordered a foot-long chili cheese dog with mustard and onion a side of tater tot's and a diet peach frozen slushy with a shot of mango. I paid for the upgraded order, She forgot to give me my drink and had to make it. When I received my order I asked if the the drink was diet and she said it should be. I drove home without checking my order (silly me) and when I got home, I received a plain hotdog with mustard and onion, no chili and no cheese, rock hard tater tots and there is no way the slushy was diet. Not good for a diabetic! The whole meal was not good for me but hey I trashed the whole thing anyway. $6.54 down the drain. Will I be the first positive review?? My first visit was after a long day of travel from Los Angeles-Orlando-Titusville. Family of 3 & we were hungry & tired. We went at dinner time & were pleased, a few items of our order were personalized, no lettuce , extra pickle- etc etc were those people . But hey -they got it right awesome!! Food was quickly brought out to us quickly & warm! Very tasty too. We went back two days later & once again... picky personalized orders achieved! Another great experience. Went here on a family vacation a few times. Each time never waited more then 5 seconds to be treated. Good came out fast and fresh. Service was quick. And boy can these people skate. Poor customer service. They will say hold for a few minutes before taking your order at the drive thru and then, won't come back for 20-30 minutes. I drove up to the window to see what was going on to be met by a rude teenager who unapologetically states that they had a big order so they decided to shut down the drive thru. Here's my thing. Just say that you're closing down the drive thru when you initially told me to hold for a few minutes. Even though it's completely inappropriate to just shut down your drive thru at lunchtime, you would at least give customers the opportunity to not waste their time waiting. Then, the same rude girl takes my order and doesn't know how to substitute the tots for the fries so she demands that I pay for an order of fries. I had to tell her multiple times to get someone to help her. Then, after she finally gets help, she has the audacity to say that she's still training and that's why she didn't know how to put the order in. This is after I asked her 3 times to get someone to help her. Sonic is very disappointing with its service. read more

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Waited at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes for two blasts only to get two blasts that were the wrong flavor. In addition to that, the staff was extremely rude and did not want to be there and my mom and I found pieces of plastic wrappers and hair in our blasts. When we pulled up to order, we waited 5 minutes to order and even then, the guy taking the order kept telling us to stop talking because he was obviously too busy with messing around because you could hear people laughing from the speaker. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. FORTY FIVE MINUTES. That's my first issue. We ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, & a 3 piece. When we opened the boxes.. They both had only 3 pieces. When we looked at the receipt, we were charged for the 3 & the 5. In the first box, where we asked for fries instead of onion rings.... We got onion rings. Correction... First of all the lights need to be fix up at this place. Cause when it is dark the lighting here isn't great. NUMBER ONE SECURITY AT NITE.For the employees n for the customers I want to feel safe when I go somewhere at nite this place isn't safe for a dog to go by.
