We asked for sweet tea, they didn't add enough ice tea was still warm , i asked for more ice and they wouldn't do it . Never going back again

I asked no onions, drove all the way back, got a new, got a new burger and ended up also having onions

Asked for no pickles, got pickles. drove back, got a new burger and still got pickles, manager also smells bad

My review is based on the excellent service we received in the drive through, Jack was the person who placed our order. Jack is the epitome of great customer service; precise, charismatic & just a pleasant person -- Jack's positivity will most certainly turn your frown upside down. As for the food, Sonic food is pretty good. Their blue raspberry nerds slush is a must!

Strangest place if ever been to. ONLY go for the drive up, but even then the service and food is downhill. I know that this is a mostly drive up place, but why offer an inside service if there is no service? There is no counter. No staff. Only a screen (two when one isn't out of order). Also no utensil counter. You order through a speaker and they bring your order out. Sounds good HOWEVER... they bring your order to the first person they see, then try the next, no rhyme or reason, because they don't know who ordered it. Also if something is wrong, get back in line to ask the screen for it to be fixed. When they forget a drink, back of the line. If they forget a straw or spoon for your drink, or sauce, get back in line to get to the speaker. Do you need more napkins? Guess what, get back in line and wait for them to be available for the speaker. Because guess what, the runners, the speakers, and cookers are all doing the same job apparently. HIRE MORE PEOPLE or get a counter with a person or a utensil stand (I know you risk money). Sounds like a horrible rant, but my point is, if you go just go to the drive up and don't expect much.

Drive up - we sat at the individual slots for a few minutes trying to figure out what we wanted and didn't realize they don't serve the individual drive up and we had to go through the drive thru. If it was stated somewhere their drive up times I didn't see them. We go through the drive thru and the screen that shows the order isn't working so her repeating back the order was muffled and over the road noise I just assumed the order was correct. At the window they repeated the order. It took them awhile to get us our order and there weren't anyone in front of us. With all that, our drink was still incorrect even though he tried to fix it and I don't know if the Slinger was supposed to be their version of a slider because it was that small. This was our first visit since opening and coming from AZ where we would frequent them all the time, I was quite disappointed in the presentation, size and the cost for it. I'll wait to go back but in AZ instead.

Came to the Santa Rosa location went through the drive through and brought food home as their was no drive up available. Ice cream is always yummy. I got the grilled cheese and fries ( a bit over priced) I don't think I would get the grilled cheese again but I will came back for more ice cream.

The food is terrible and looks like fried dog shit, didn't look freshly cooked. The only thing worth buy here is the ice cream. Service was unfriendly when food was brought out to us.. what happend to customer service.

To all my Santa Rosa friends: skip Sonic! After letting the 2 hour grand opening wait dissipate, I finally decided to go yesterday. I figure week 5, shouldn't be too long of a wait and I was right. From beginning to end was 20 mins. However, due to incorrect order and most of all, disgusting food, I have to give this franchise a 1 star. I ordered: 2 Cherry Slush, 1 order of Popcorn chicken, 1 Sonic cheeseburger w/fries and 1 Classic crispy chicken sandwich w/tots. Easy enough right?! Instead of 2 cherry Slush, I got 1 Cherry Limeade (see photo below!) and 1 melted cherry slush. How did it melt already? It was liquid!! The first thing I tried was the tots. Not edible at ALL! It was overly cooked, dry, and so light it felt like freeze dried food. Same with the popcorn chicken. Lightweight and freeze dried feeling. The chicken burger was not good. You can see some cartilage in the meat. I would say, they use the CHEAPEST, LOWEST GRADE, LOWEST QUALITY ingredients to make their food. For $25 for these 2 combos it aint cheap either! They give you low quality food and charge regular fast food prices. Skip at all costs. Not worth it. You've been warned!

The onion rings taste on the sweet side. The best thing we had were the crinkle cut fries.

Rip off alert! Their "signature limeade" is just Sprite with a wedge of lime. No lime juice, nothing. It was 4 plus change. Total rip!

For me, the best item is a four-way tie between the St. Helena, the Black & Blue BBQ, the Hollywood Chili, and the Crispy Chipotle Chicken. Tots are always cooked just right and the mile-long shake menu is ridiculous in all the best ways. My personal faves are Mint Oreo and Peanut Butter Chocolate. But on top of the top notch food, what makes Super Burger my favorite are Camille and Maya who make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. More friendly service you will not find anywhere else. They're as much a part of the experience as the burgers themselves.

I can't believe I haven't shared a review of this spot yet! Friendly staff and just a very well oiled-machine. The Vietnamese Chicken Salad is something to write home about. Served with a Peanut Lime Vinaigrette, the salad has a variety of lettuces, mung beans sprouts, peanuts, crispy fried chicken breast, green onions, pickled red Fresno chiles, and I'm sure I'm missing a few ingredients :) it's so delicious and worthy of its own review. The burgers and onion rings with ranch sauce, always superb. Honestly, never had a bad meal here. The menu also features an Ahi Burger, Cubano Sandwich, and a variety of unique burger options including turkey burgers, Impossible burgers, beef patties, and also Impossible chicken nuggets. There's plenty of other fun sides like chili cheese fries and fried Brussels, and other menu items including tacos, hot dogs, soups, and a kiddo menu. While working in St. Helena, I could never find an opening in a reservation, so here was a great opportunity now that all of us are retired. Our friends live in Clear Lake while we live in Vallejo, so this is a central place to meet. It was the best decision I made because every year for the past several anniversaries, we've gone to Cache Creek to C2. Their food and service is excellent because my husband enjoys poker, but I thought a change of scenery would be nice. And it was! Firstly, it was very kind of the staff to present us with a greeting card signed by everyone -- how sweet and thoughtful! We will cherish that! Secondly, we were very impressed with how the food/wine was locally sourced. It was incredible to hear the story about Custom, the Bull, and taste the difference between the Highland beef compared to Angus. Our waitress was "Erica S." She was engaging, personable, and very informative. My husband and I would definitely like to return to return to experience the dinner menu! We and our guests had the following dishes: Artichoke appetizer Arbororio Biscuits & Gravy Two Cheeseburgers Three Bloody Mary's Farmstead Margarita When they found out it was our anniversary celebration, the house sent over four glasses of complimentary champagne and a dish of dessert -- again, very sweet and kind of them I now understand why so many crowds flock to this restaurant! It's well worth the wait! If you have not experienced a meal there, you must definitely go now!

From the beginning, there seemed to be constant miscommunication between staff. We specifically booked an outdoor reservation and were seated inside instead. While mistakes happen, it set the tone for the rest of the evening. The bigger issue involved the wine and corkage fee. We purchased a bottle directly from the market associated with the restaurant and were told by the employee there that the corkage fee would be waived if we bought their wine. When we sat down, our server Sara told us that was not true and that we would still have to pay the fee. I explained what we had been told, and when she asked if I wanted a manager involved, I said yes. Before the manager even arrived or clarified the situation, the server opened our bottle of wine. In the silence and confusion, I reasonably assumed the fee issue had been resolved. Then the manager came over and told us we would still be charged and implied that nobody at the market would have told us otherwise. The way it was handled made my husband and I feel like we were being accused of making the whole thing up, which was especially upsetting on Mother's Day. At that point, the bottle was already opened, so we were essentially stuck paying the fee regardless. Between being seated incorrectly, the poor communication between employees, and how dismissive the situation felt, the service completely overshadowed what should have been a special meal. The rest of the service we felt ignored and there was minimal effort to accommodate. Great food alone is not enough to justify returning when the hospitality experience feels this frustrating and unprofessional.
