Sonic on hwy 62 in orange just denied my mom service for simply asking, I guess "too many" questions about a drink. Very rude to their customers, for no reason at all, then gave me a number to some medical office instead of the corporate number that I asked for. This goes out to Gina, Tina, Kiki, Kira, kita or whatever she said her name was. I was on speaker phone with her and that was totally uncalled for.... sorry y'all im never one to make a post, really about anything, but this just got my nerves worked up. My mom is one of the kindest people and y'all are extremely disrespectful. What happened to customers are always right? The girls up there got a lot of attitude though Carly Bunch- my mom went in the door cause it was opened and asked to talk to someone and they told her to call someone and closed the door on her, as if she was about to raise hell, when really she was just trying to talk to someone about their employee. When Ian and I door dashed full time, back in October. We waited in a stall for almost 30 minutes for an order with 6 items. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, a girl gave us an attitude, and told us "regular customers come before door dash customers"? Even tho the door dash customer ordered ahead on the app. After 30 minutes the customer got mad and told us to cancel the order. We stopped picking up door dash orders from there, and we also avoid that sonic. It's not wrong to ask questions about your food, the person should also know the answers or they could've got someone to answer them for your mom, instead of giving her an attitude about it. Carly Bunch- Sometimes all a customer needs to hear is "I'm sorry, I will have a talk with them and see how we can prevent it from happening again" and that would would satisfy them. But instead it's "you can leave" or "some customers just aren't going to be happy with our service" like, glad to know y'all just don't care to improve and condone the employees attitude. read more

Worst crap I've ever received at a fast food joint. We just threw all of our food in the trash because it was ice cold. I'm not talking room temperature like it was left out a little too long, but just came out of the refrigerator cold. We waited 30 minutes to get premade food that some twit forgot to put in the microwave. How can two cheeseburgers, two corn dogs, two fries, and two tots all seem like they just came out of a cooler? We did a mobile order and sat and waited over 30mins watching other ppl come and go while we sat and waited. We pushed the button to ask what's going on and they took about 5mins to answer that. Turns out someone cleared our order and never brought it out to us. When we finally got it the chicken was poured into the bottom of the bag. Not even in the container. read more

We order 26 dollars worth of food Sunday it was over cooked my jal.poppers were almost burnt ordered the chicken strip dinner no gravy no onion ring in that order my baby had kids meal they didnt give us his milk FF had already been cooked and sitting their they were limp and gross we will never go back I had pushed the button several times no one ever answered me I honked the horn nothing so we left I'm still sick I paid 26 dollars for food we could not eat and had to come home and feed the kids read more

By far the worst sonic I've ever ate at. I wouldn't recommend it unless you like cold cheese sticks and poorly mixed drinks.

The slowest Sonic in existence. My first ever job was a Sonic back in 2005 and I remeber our location had this system if we took more than 5 minutes to get regular orders out it was on the house... Well this Orange location will take up to 15 minutes even when you are the only car on drive thru and there is one other car on the drive in side. You can go across the street and go through drive thru two to three times in the amount of time it takes thus place to get a burger and fries. It's just sad. Maybe they are understaffed, or maybe the people there are just lazy and slow but either way this place is super slow even during no busy times. I wouldn't review this bad for one occurrence clearly... This is a norm for this location. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes without being waited on then moved to a stalled. Waited another 10 before I received the food and the order was missing parts that wasn't noticed until I was back at work. Most days the employees are rude, especially Kennedy. read more

This is the worst Sonic ever!! I ordered a burger with meat, mayo, and bun only. Said it several times over the speaker, NO CHEESE. Got the burger...cheese on it. When I sent it back, the person making the burgers in the back yelled F*** You lady! Needless to say I asked for my money back and spoke to a manager which probably did very little. You wait extremely long times for the food even when you are the only car in the drive through and then it is wrong when you get it!! This location needs new management because whoever is there now is not working!!!
