I was so thankful that there was a Sonic on my way from the Nashville airport into bumble s*** Tennessee where I was on at work assignment. Due to all the flight delays it made eating out in Nashville a virtual impossible task as all of the restaurants were closing even though they were reported to be open. And this is where fast food comes to save my day! Not only that I absolutely love Sonic. It is one of my favorite fast food chains. The typical thing I get is the cheeseburger with tater tots and a limeade slush and this did not disappoint. The servers were super cool. They didn't roll escape but they were very much on point and got me my food quickly and it was hot. Ordered the supersonic breakfast burrito this morning and I was highly disappointed!! The tortilla was stale and it made me sick.

I'm not sure what is up with the sonics in the surrounding areas but they have been doing poorly. Takes over 20 minutes to receive food, ice cream machines are not working but somehow can make milkshakes (that are basically melted by the time we get them), or food that is barely fully cooked. I'm super pissed off. I drove and decided to get food at sonic before continuing to drive another 45 minutes. I got 2 burritos and specifically asked for extra hot sauce. I can NOT eat a burrito without hot sauce. Not having hot sauce ruins the whole burrito for me. Well somehow even though I asked for extra hot sauce, they didn't put ANY hot sauce at all. I'm very disappointed. That's all I asked for. We have been going to this sonic for years. Well I have to say the food is always cold. In the last 2 years this place has just gone down hill like the McDonalds next door. This last time we both ordered food, it was cold. We also ordered an Oreo and Snicker blasts. Well I had crumpled Oreo on top and my husband had a small piece of snickers in his. It's decent, not the best sonic around(pleasant view Tj has the best sonic) But I've came here 3 different times the past 2 months and I always try to order French toast sticks... and everytime I get the same response ( were actually out of them)... I'm not sure who to tell but y'all gotta get y'all's crap together, there ain't no damn French toast shortage. Y'all got bread in there just whip up some eggs some cinnamon and nutmeg and dunk the bread in it and fry it. Came here tonight on my dinner break to get some food. After paying for my order, someone other than my server, I assume the manager on duty, decided that it was rung up incorrectly and wanted to charge me more than the original price. I told them they could keep the food as it is not my fault that they have a training issue with who ever took my order. read more

This is the absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to or seen and I use to work for Sonic. They have the rudest staff, food is always a mess or cold. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stop at this Sonic unless you are willing to wait all day or all night for your order. We have been waiting for more than 30 minutes now and still no order. Pushed the button to check on it and was told "it is on the way out". 10 minutes later still nothing, so the girl on the speaker was basically lying. Once the order arrived, you guessed it the order was wrong and to top it off everything in the bag including two burgers and two orders of tots were stone cold. If this Sonic is a franchise, then Sonic should re-evaluate the owner-manager's commitment to the franchise agreement because it was obvious when reading other reviews that management does not put in the time required to insure the young people working there are receiving the proper food service and customer service training that are typically hallmarks of a well run Sonic. Was really excited about coming here. The ones I've been to were r ally good this one.... horrible! Employees were more concerned about gossiping than working. Our burgers and fries were cold. It wasn't packed nor was it entirely empty. I wanted to complain but it's a drive in who knows what they would of done to my food. Worst Sonic I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Every time I come here, I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time and the food is always either cold or luke warm. This last time, today, actually, we went on milkshake run, however, we wound up leaving because we'd been there five minutes and not only had our order not been taken yet, they hadn't even acknowledged us. Granted they were super busy, almost all of their stalls were full, but still, you take the time to acknowledge the customer and let them know that you'll be with them as soon as possible. read more

My wife and I enjoy the shakes that Sonic makes. Being retired I wait until 8 pm to buy because they are on sale after 8pm. Never had a problem buying a Mint Choc Chip shake until recently. Sonic has a new hire working nights he simply refuses to make s Mint Choc Chip shake. Reasons Can't Be Done, I am not authorized, I don't know how.etc etc etc. I talked to day shift management and they said NO PROBLEM, WILL MAKE IT ANYTIME Management also ssid they would talk to the new hire gentleman and make certsin that he could make the shake. Well guess what. He pulled the same ole crap again tonight. I asked for him to come out to the car so we could discuss the issue. This time he said Ok I will make your shake but only because the Blast Machine is Broke down.By this time I was about to really iritated and decided to not buy anything.
