Took forever to start before taking my order. Used the mobile app before they got to me they didn't bring the drinks because they said the slushy machine was broken. We decided on Sonic for our family game night dinner. All 4 hamburgers were not fresh. The buns were not soft and the slight amount of mayo, lettuce and tomato did not help the dry burger. Can't really call this Sonic Drive In, it's only a Sonic Drive THRU. Completely understandable when they used to have the drive-in slots blocked off, but now they have brand new ordering stalls but you are not allowed to order there. If they were blocked off, it would still be annoying, but at least you wouldn't be sitting there waiting to order two then be told you have to go through the drive-thru. Why is this Sonic still open? Employees are rude, they only do drive thru and won't let you sit in the stalls to order your food, and they won't even let door dashers grab their pick up from the stalls (causing door dashers to wait in the drive thru and be late on their orders.) We pulled up 30 minutes before close. No one in line so I was glad it should be pretty quick. We ordered like normal. We pulled up to the window to see a container of cleaning chemicals on the counter in front of the window. The guy at the window was mopping. After being at the window for 5 minutes he turned around and took our payment. He then grabbed the chemicals to move it, setting it on another counter. Went on Saturday April 6. Never got to order at pull up with the red button. Pushed button, waited TWENTY MINUTES, and then their system crashed. Fine. No problem. Came back on April 8. Pushed red button, waited about twenty minutes again, another car pulled on my left, they hit the button, a car pulled in on my right, they pushed the button...the last car that pulled in got to place their order before me or the other car. The person on the speaker said," I'll be worth you in a minute," and I responded "I've been here for a while and you took a car that JUST PULLED IN?" As far as I can tell as of mid-May ,2021, this Sonic is under new management. And thank You God that the manager is AWESOME!!! I got a cheeseburger and it was out in less than 5 minutes and was THE BEST cheeseburger I have ever had from a Sonic!! So good that I went back a few days later and got another one and it was equally as delicious!!! Thanks Sonic for getting a fantastic new manager. I'm not one to leave bad reviews because I know places aren't always perfect but I was just really disappointed with this Sonic. Fries were soggy and cold, cheese was on one of our burgers when we asked for no cheese, onions on the other burger when we asked for no onions, and it was so covered in condiments that the sandwich was falling apart and soggy. I only have a 5 minute drive home so I know it wasn't because it was sitting long. Drinks were good though. read more

This location sucks. Ordered one of those M&M strawberry concretes, waited forever and instead got a plain strawberry shake looking thing. No M&Ms and they charged me extra for added strawberries that weren't even in there. Meanwhile, I guess a coworker or a friend of one walked into the store and got a concrete in minutes while I sat and contemplated on whether or not I should just drive off to another location. So, moral of the story is: don't go here unless you work here or know somebody who does. read more

Ive not had a good experience at this location once and i felt it was time to post a review. Will no longer come back to this location again. They told me there was only one person taking orders AND cooking but i saw at least 2 other people. If you are going to only offer drive thru, please tape off the booths because so many people leave because of the line. There was no one else there and i was at the window for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. After 5 minutes they finally took my debt card for payment and held onto it for another 5 minutes or so. I was waiting for a total of 15 minutes with no apology or acknowledgment of the time i sat there. I understand covid and everything but if you're that understaffed maybe close the doors until you're staffed to meet the needs of customers. read more

Ordered a simple 2 meal order ($19) asked for cheddar bites , got tator tots, asked the girl who brought the food out if she could grab what we had initially asked for, comes out to tell us we can't get it because we paid for the tots that replaced it (even though no one read back the order, the screen was broke, and receipt wasn't given until after we paid). Hello...I have never done this before but I thought people needed to know. I went today to get two large drinks. The young man opened the window and checked my order. He asked if I ordered a corn dog and drink. I said no I ordered two large diet cokes. He then closed the window. When he closed the window I had two transactions come across my phone from sonic. They were for two different amounts so when he opened the door I said I had been charged twice. The young man said that's because you told me the wrong thing. What?!? Why would I say yes I got a corn dog? I don't even like them. None the less he was extremely rude and said he was "well aware" I got charged twice and I'd have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. He was so rude and told me my order was wrong. I didn't understand his logic so I asked to speak to his manager. Emily was the manager and very nice. She handled the situation and said if I didn't get a refund by Friday to come up and talk to them. Honestly I don't have time or patience to come up and make sure I'm refunded. As I said Emily was very nice. I asked for a cash refund for the wrong amount. I was told no. People make mistakes. I get that. All the young man had to do was explain he made a mistake.
