I ordered a tiger caramel boba milk tea and it was basic like tiger brown sugar milk tea but w/ caramel as the "brown sugar". W/o mixing it at first once they just made it, it was a bit too sweet for me until I tried to stir the caramel a bit to make it a bit less sweet, which was better. I received the level of hospitality equivalent to a trip to McDonalds. I had gotten into my car but had not left yet because I was placing a quick online dinner order for my family. A truck pulled up behind me and started honking. At this time, there was still enough room for me to leave. I continued finishing my family's dinner order. After more honking, the driver pulled around and parked perpendicular behind my car, blocking me in completely. The person driving the truck then got out, walked to my window visibly upset, and started knocking on it. I rolled my window down and she proceeded to tell me she owned the shop in front of the parking space and needed to bring heavy items inside from her truck. Mind you, the parking space is NOT marked as reserved for her business. There were also plenty other parking spaces open that were still really close to the front of her shop. I told her I was in the middle of something and was not ready to leave the parking space yet. She then went inside her store. About 11 minutes passed while I remained blocked in. She had patrons inside her store and was already upset so I was not about to go inside to confront her. While I was literally just about to make a call to either contact the non emergency local police or tow company, she finally came back outside and came to my window again and asked, "Are you ready?" I asked, "Ready for what?" She said, "Ready to move your car." I then asked why she felt it was appropriate to block me in. She repeated that she needed to bring heavy items into the store. I responded that I obviously could not move my car while her truck was blocking me in. She just stood there for a moment with this smirk on her face then finally got in her truck and moved out of my way. What bothered me most was not that she needed to unload items, but the way she handled the situation. Honking repeatedly, blocking my vehicle, banging on my window, and speaking to me in a confrontational manner. I actually would not have minded moving my car had she approached me in a friendly manner. I saw in another review, she has a sign up in her shop that says, "Do all things with love." Unfortunately, that was not reflected in the way this situation was handled. What's ironic is that when I first parked my car I noticed her shop and signage and said to myself that I'd like to come in and try it one day. I believe small businesses deserve support. It is neighbor to an array of other businesses such as Civic Liquor store, Pizzaiolo's restaurant, Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant, Smoke Heaven Smoke Shop, and more. Upon entering, we were greeted by two ladies who were very friendly and welcoming. I regret that I did not get their names because they were so kind and patient with us. Although this establishment is an ice cream shop, they also offer other items on the menu, such as nachos, elote, sodas, candy, chips, frozen yogurt, sherbet, and more. Furthermore, this place is a kid's visual sweet wonderland with an atmosphere filled with bright and colorful decor and rainbow hues, joyful and exciting sounds of other kids laughing and chattering.
