I ordered 2 regular cheeseburger meals and some popcorn chicken for my kid and I was the first in line, I was handed my drinks right after paying but was asked to pull forward to wait for my meals to finish cooking there was 5 cars after me in line and I had to wait 45 mins to get my meal after 3 cars were already served and on their way in the end I didn't get the chicken when I went back to tell them I was missing the popcorn chicken I showed them my receipt because they charged me and they swore they gave it to me and "couldn't do anything about that" The employees are rude and the place just looks like it's about ready to be closed down they have the stalls but they never take orders there it's always just the drive-thru. read more

This location looks like garbage. I understand that the abandoned gas station next door can't be helped, however the mounds of refuse and discarded furniture next to the parking lot is quite unappetizing. We first pulled into a parking spot, unsure if they were open because a lack of lights in the unique dining area, but the menus and tv order stations were lit. After deciphering 2 different menus that were posted backwards, we pressed the call button. After a few minutes, the employee stated that we must go through the drive thru. An unusual request, but we were hungry. We pull up to the dimly lit drive thru, we were told that they were only serving ice cream. Despite the hours being listed until 11p, we couldn't order dinner. No explanation was given and this is the oddest time I have ever had at a Sonic or any restaurant for that matter. I will be deleting my Sonic app and reconsidering my future choices. I ordered a Diet Cherry Limeade in the drive thru. Drove off and parked to remove the lid and pour it into my yeti cup. I can't even stand the thought if I hadn't removed the lid! What I got: Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger (combo w/ tots) - added ketchup - no mayo - no onion Large mozzarella Sticks Drink: Dr Pepper How was service: Good! The person who took my order was polite. There was a slight confusion while ordering, but he handled it well. How was the food: The burger was good! Flavorful and juicy. The tots had a nice flavor, but I wish they were warmer. If I could give this a negative review I would. I've been in this sonic 4-5 times and every single time they have either messed up my order or taken way too long. I could understand if the place was busy, but it was completely dead when I arrived there. I don't understand why they took so long for a single order. I order 5 Slushes. (Edit) I waited 30 minutes outside. No one should ever wait that long for 5 slushes. I walked inside and asked for an explanation. Later they told me that the slushy machine wasn't working... now why would I have to wait 30 minutes for that? Ice cream machine conveniently "breaks" every night we've tried to go an hour or so before they close. Food is always gross.

This is one of the two ice creams we got. Both were only 2/3 of the way full! I've been here dozens of times and every time the screw up our order or don't get our order right. Ridiculous! Well for one, the first parking lane my husband went to was out of order. Then he decided to go through the drive thru behind someone and waited for 10 minutes and they still hadn't taken the order from the person in front of him so he pulled out from the drive thru and decided to try another parking lane. He placed his order and 5 minutes later the person in front of him in the drive thru also decided to go to a parking lane. Then about 10-15 minutes after he ordered the order he got a message stating his order was on its way. He waited for another 10 minutes and realized he was the only vehicle left there and they STILL hadn't brought his order out so he called them again and reminded them that he was still waiting on his order and they asked him what he ordered. He told them "the same order that notified me 10 minutes ago that was on its way". Needless to say he had to give them the order again. It finally came out about 5 minutes later. He paid almost $10 for a shake that's frozen hard and a blast. Now my Oreo blast has only a few Oreo pieces in it. It's basically a vanilla shake. This is unacceptable and we will NEVER go there again. We'll go to bahama bucks before going there again. read more
