we went to get 4 drinks and a cup of ice it came out to 16$ we needed the orders split up 2 drinks and a cup of ice was still 16$ and the other 2 drinks were 8$ the guy told us he couldn't do half cash half card he was getting an attitude for no reason we explained the drinks multiple times and then we just ended up canceling the whole order because he was being rude if I could give this 0 stars I would read more

It's a Sonic ya whiners! As Sonic s go it's one of the better ones I've gone to. Sonics are consistently inconsistent from town to town, state to state; whereas Micky D's is always the same... think of it as a roulette wheel... your taste buds might hit red 17 or black 11; one persons good is another one's bad. Use the app, get it right the first time and save some money... and save the girls taking your slurred order a lot of aggravation. Worst sonic I have been to. Repeated our order about 9 times, 5 at drive, and 4 at the window. The lady filling up the drinks was extremely rude. Soda was dripping all over our cups, tops weren't on all the way. When we asked for napkins, we got two and got the window slammed on us. Food was cold. I understand it can be hard in a rush especially if the company is understaffed, but being absolutely rude when you work in customer service is unacceptable. Very disappointed. read more

My family loves using the Sonic app for half-price drinks any time! The employees are always cheerful and friendly.

I ordered a sprite with lime and extra ice. On the screen popped up a limeade. I argued with the person taking my order and he said that is what I was asking for, but I just wanted the fountain drink sprite with a lime slice in it with extra ice. He still proceeds to make a limeade. Very disappointed in the sonic fast food chain for hiring ignorant works that won't listen to the customer. read more

not very good, very slow, sold out of onion rings, messed up our whole order, we ordered a burger without cheese and onion and the sticker on it said no onion and so did the receipt but we got onions on it, we ordered mozzarella sticks and tater tots instead of the onion rings and we didn't get them, they charged us for extra things that we also didn't get, we are very disappointed in this sonic, will not be back for a while. read more

Asked for light ice. There was so much ice I could barely get my straw in. This happens so often that I started going to the other Sonic and low and behold went to this Sonic and remembered why I stopped coming here. Irony is they even had me repeat my order back to them.
