The Brussels are a great starter I would recommend. The Tripleta sandwhich and side of garlic herb fries were delicious and full of flavor. Drinks were also well made. The service was impeccable! Our waitress, Paris, was awesome. She went well above and beyond what is typically expected, so shout out to her. Overall, Moe's is a fine establishment that brings fresh life and flavor into downtown Dublin. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. The portions were on the small size, which was good so we weren't falling asleep the rest of the day. The hoagie the Philly came on was excellent. It was really soft so it soaked up all the flavor. It took the server a while to bring our check. Like I said before, the place filled up quick and there were only 3 or 4 servers on the floor.
