First experience I mobile ordered so they even had a heads up. I get there & go to the second speaker & someone says "Please hold". She asks me to pull forward to wait for the order so I do. 14 minutes goes by & she brings out 2 bags of food & 4 drinks. She asks if we had 2 fish sandwiches, a 40 piece nugget & a happy meal with 4 drinks. We did not. She apologized & says she will have our food made now. Another 26 minutes goes by & still nothing happens while I watch multiple people in the drive thru receive their food & go. I finally go inside & another wonderful lady helps me & goes to bag my food immediately after. The entire trip in total was 55 minutes which is absurd considering I mobile ordered. Let me first tell you that the drive through experience is incredibly different than the in person experience. I would give this place -100 stars for an inside experience, but for the drive through, I give it a solid 3 stars. It isn't TERRIBLE, but that's being generous. I've had food missing a handful of times, but it has not been enough to be noteworthy. This biggest issue is the staff, and I really only feel disrespected when I come inside. Through the drive through, the workers are typically nice, but if you come inside, they will take forever to take your order or the will force you to ring up your own order on the kiosks they have in most Mcdonald's store, which is so lazy. I went in there once, and an older woman was trying to ask the employee who is standing at the register mind you, to take her order because she was having trouble with the kiosk, and the employee refused to help her. They are extremely slow and forgetful when you come inside as well. They need to simply close the lobby, since they obviously can't handle a cafe area and drive through.
